Copper Nail Construction can provide Entitlement Management and Consulting, Project Management, and Construction Management services to our clients. Our goal is to serve as an outsourced management consultant to streamline the development cycle and create added value for our clients.

We can add value for our clients by performing the following services:

Develop project scope, objectives, scope of services and deliverables

Solicit, assemble, and manage the consultant development team

Create and manage both project schedule and budget

Provide project update reports in format requested by client

Compile project data, including permit paperwork, speck sheets, material test reports, and other project related data.

Proactively work with inspectors / reviewers to insure proper design/construction to limit the amount of redlines/punch items

Work with outside entities to develop needed utility plans and drawings

CFD or JDA paperwork and contract management

Easement Management

Construction contract assemblage and management, using our forms or our clients

Bidding and Bid Analysis

Field construction management

Dust Control and SWPP Management

Environmental Reports & Certs
